THE ROLE

For a shop-in-shop store in a well-known department store in London, we are looking for an experienced concession manager with an affinity for jewellery and the universe of Wouters & Hendrix.

As an ambassador of Wouters & Hendrix, you create a unique customer experience through your product knowledge and service orientation, while building long-term customer relationships. Naturally, we are looking for a professional who takes ownership of the concession’s management and operations and leads other team members.

You anticipate and respond to the needs of our customers, motivate and coach your sales team to achieve optimal results. In addition, you ensure excellent execution of administrative tasks, staff scheduling, and inventory management.

Equally important, however, is that you are an inspiring personality with a strong artistic and fashion sensibility—creative, authentic, intelligent, and high-minded, reflecting our clientele. We believe that the experience and appeal of our brand also extend beyond the store. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales

• Advice and sales of all collections (silver & 18 ct gold)
• Pre- and after-sales service (additional orders, repairs, customer follow-up)
• Customer Relationship Management
• Responsible for achieving and exceeding set targets

Operations

• Careful follow-up of administrative tasks and customer service procedures
• Working towards optimal stock management (orders & deliveries) in collaboration with the Sales Manager
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with W&H guidelines in terms of merchandising, service, and personal appearance
• Preparing staff and holiday schedules
• Responsible for a perfectly organized, tidy, and clean shop-in-shop with an atmosphere and energy of care and hospitality
• Responsible for the perfect condition and presentation of the jewellery

JOUW ROL

Als Student Customer Care E-commerce help je ons team door de drukke summer sale heen. Je werkt nauw samen met Customer Care en zorgt er mee voor dat elke bestelling correct en met zorg bij onze online klanten terechtkomt.

VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

• Je pickt online bestellingen zorgvuldig in ons atelier.
• Je verpakt orders met oog voor detail, klaar voor verzending.
• Je zorgt mee voor een vlotte verzending, zodat elk pakje netjes bij onze klanten aankomt.
• Je helpt bij de bijhorende logistieke administratie.
• Je springt bij waar nodig om het E-commerce team te ondersteunen.

To strengthen the team in Antwerp, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Intern.

ABOUT WOUTERS & HENDRIX

Wouters & Hendrix have been designing and making uncommon jewellery in their Antwerp atelier since 1984. Born in an avant-garde moment, we bend the rules of traditional jewellery making and wearing. Subtle rebels with a love for surrealism, we are drawn to unexpected combinations of materials and techniques, gently adorning your body with tales in silver and gold. We design and produce in our in-house atelier in Antwerp in a sustainable way.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will work in close collaboration with our marketing & sales managers in the day-to-day running of our brand.
• You will assist on PR requests from journalists and stylists from A to Z. This means you follow up on loan requests or image requests, send jewellery to stylists and answer to price requests. You also keep the press database up-to-date and archive clippings.
• As an organizational talent, you like to help to organize our showroom, events, and campaigns.
• You will assist the sales team during the showroom period (making sure the collection is in order, all samples are in the present, line sheets are updated).
• You will assist in setting up digital campaigns.
• You will conduct competitive analysis and research on market trends, price-points, and promotions. You will help with the monthly e-commerce marketing reports as well as ad hoc analysis.
• You will assist in daily administrative tasks.

PROFILE
